I recently started a Zigbee network in my house, using a Sonoff 3.0 USB dongle as my coordinator (Zigbee2MQTT on my QNAP NAS > Home Assistant). I wanted some repeaters/routers so my sensors on the other side of the house had a good signal. I tried purchasing both the S31 Lite and the S40 Lite, and both work very well with the latest version of Zigbee2MQTT (automatically recognized and paired, no need to edit your YAML file). They paired immediately as routers, then I reset my sensors and allowed joining specifically to these smart plugs. The signal strength isn't the greatest between these and my coordinator, but I have multiple walls between them (coordinator is in a cluttered closet). The repairing my sensors to the routers has increased my LQI on them.I was hesitant to get these at first, because there are a lot of inconsistent reviews on devices serving as Zigbee routers. But they were on sale, so I bought two S31 Lites and one S40 Lite, and all three work immediately. Very happy with the purchase considering the low cost, ease of pairing, and effectiveness as routers. Recommended for anyone looking to extend their Zigbee range using the same setup as me.

I bought a few of these to replace my Amazon Smart Plugs (not compatible with Home Assistant) and expand my Zigbee mesh to support remote door and temperature sensors. They do both jobs great.They paired easily with Home Assistant (I've got a HA Yellow, with built-in Zigbee), respond immediately when toggled, and act as stable and reliable routers for battery-powered devices.I've even got one connected with a space heater and temperature sensor to give me a virtual thermostat for my otherwise-unheated mudroom.

The main part:Easy Par with Phillips Hue Hub through the hue app.They also easily pared with Hubitat system.Its nice to find devices that pair natively through the Hue app. Can control them in our app just like you would a normal on/off toggle switch.Paired easily in my hubitat smart hub system also. I can control then and add them to my automaion rules.We are always finding little things that we would like to automate just to save some time. These were priced good enough to where I could buy four even though we only had a current need for one outlet.We took one of the extras and plugged the Christmas tree lights into it. Called the Device Christmas Tree in the Hue app. Amazon Alexa recognized the new device through the hue skill. Now we can add it to alexa routines or the kids like turning the tree on every morning and off every night by voice.So far no glitches or having to re pair through the apps.

I didn't need a Zigbee plug, but I did need to beef up the Zigbee network in an area of my home that had only battery powered Zigbee devices that didn't relay the signal like "mains" powered devices do. This was an inexpensive (and easy!) way to extend range and it worked great...I use HomeAssistant as my control platform and these joined right up. They definitely helped me out with reaching the more distant battery powered sensors that I was having reliability issues with in HA. They do work great as switched power too from my brief tinkering, but I'm not currently utilizing them for their intended purpose.

I use them with the sonoff ZigBee dongle in home assistant. No issues at all. They react quickly. And act as a ZigBee repeater so the ZigBee coverage increase well.

Quick, no fuss connect to Smartthings. Works fine.
