I've used size 3,4,&5 bout the same length but the lower the number the thinner they are, started with 5 now use a 3 they are that good! size 3 is 11 1/2 x 3"

Q: How do the zero leaks tabs work?

I love these pads, I've used them since they came out! You can fold the thin side tabs to outside of the panty, or trim them off. I trim it off it's more comfortable for me I have never had a leakage or problem! they are very thin and never can see you're wearing them even in thin slacks! Thin and comfortable A+ from me!
