VERSATILE - The versatility of having a set that can be chairs, chairs with ottomans or fully recline and become 2 chaise lounges is awesome. I like that it allows you to store the cushions right in the unit instead of shoving them in a bin or leaving them in to face the weather.ASSEMBLY- Instructions were great - a color booklet with page by page steps with images and they include letters on every item so it’s easy to do it right. My husband and I did it together in an hour or so. It was helpful to have 2 people, but not mandatory- although one or 2 steps worked best if someone held it in place while the other person used the little hex wrench to screw things together.STURDINESS- The resin wicker is sturdy and has a light 2-tone pattern, so it’s not boring.STYLE- The cushions are the perfect red and thick enough and seem well constructed- although not as thick as expensive furniture, but I expected that. The combo of dark brown wicker and red is very warm and inviting.FUNCTIONALITY- The back adjusts like clicker chaise lounges where you push it forward then drop it all the way flat and click up to the level you want and there are plenty of options for reclining.COMFORT- The one thing to watch for is the seat width, as it is not as wide as a full size chaise. It is comfortable for each of us, but not much arm room by your sides if you want to lay flat to sunbathe.SHIPPING - quicker than they estimated and both boxes were well packed and organized.I would recommend and am glad we picked these.

I’m so happy with this outdoor set! I have a tiny patio with no storage so the fact that you can store the cushions inside the furniture and tuck away the ottomans is key. I love the versatility - it can be 2 club chairs or a loveseat, you can use the side trays or fold them flat and you can recline the chairs. I was expecting it to arrive at the end of the month but got it about 3 weeks early. (I got box 2 on Thursday and box 1 on Friday). The boxes arrived slightly damaged but the contents were not damaged all. I saw some of the reviews said people didn’t get all the pieces but my set arrived complete. I also saw the manufacturer said to email them for assembly instructions so I did and they emailed me the instructions right away. But I was happily surprised to see that an instruction booklet was included (there’s no way we could have figured it out without instructions). All the parts were clearly labeled. It took us probably about an hour to 90 minutes to assemble and it took my boyfriend about 15 minutes to fall asleep in the chair afterwards! My only complaint is that it looks like they reduced the price after I bought it so my advice is to buy it now - it’s a good deal! This set is pretty, versatile and comfortable! I’m so happy.

The overall look and feel of this set is very good, and the comfort of being able to sit straight up, recline, or lie completely flat, is hard to find elsewhere, particularly at this price point.That isn't to say there aren't some drawbacks here. The main one for me is concerns about long-term durability. After about six weeks of use, one of the welds near the reclining mechanism broke. The seller, Joyous Home, was very responsive and helpful in resolving the problem, so my hope is that this was just a bad weld, but I can't help but wonder if this could be a flaw in the product design. Only time will tell, but for now I'm satisfied with the purchase and hopeful it holds up.One other drawback is that the cushions that are included are quite thin, probably so that it can fold flat and so they can be stored in the ottomans. This reduces comfort a bit, but if you're willing to deal with the set not folding flat when not in use, replacing the cushions with thicker ones can improve comfort significantly. Our patio chairs had cushions that fit almost perfectly, and using these, this is a very comfortable set.

5 stars for seller where she was quick to answer questions and accommodate.4.5 for product. The cushions are thin but I do believe it has to be that way for functionality . I would rate the cushions themselves a 3 & suggest an additional pillow or possibly replacement of the seat cushion. The wicker is very nice and the side tables that pop up are more sturdy than expected. No issues with middle glass table.We have this set in a screened in room but if you are wanting this set to be outside in the elements definitely get very good quality covers. I don't think the cushions would be good for direct sunlight or rain. Not to mention to recline back it is the old fashion click hinge that could possibly rust. Pay attention to the furniture measurements because the seats are quite narrow. I am 5’2” and 105 lbs. I don’t find these too low to the ground level however if tall- there’s the possibility. My husband is 190lbs and 5’10” he has no issues (33” waist ) but any one in the big and tall category could- there’s also limited elbow/arm room. I think the set is quite unique to make it a bed and for that in mind to add comfort I would add a twin foam mattress topper if the idea is for that. I’m not a fan of the material of cushions- it’s not the material you see for patio cushions for patio furniture in the brick and mortar stores; it’s kinda like a scratchy taffeta. For indoor- I think this is good quality, true color to the advertised photo too. There’s also under the glass table a hideaway storage. My suggestion to the manufacturer-not the seller- change the type of stuffing in the seat cushion and the fabric to less scratchy.Please note- 3rd party seller- you will have to follow Amazon instructions regarding how to return the shipping fee to have delivered as far as I am aware is not refundable and to return the product the buyer is also responsible for shipping charges-add all that together it almost equals the cost of the furniture. We did receive the boxes separately box 2 of 2 first and 2 days later due to a Sunday box 1 came on the Monday. It was just weird that Amazon delivered box 2 on the first day and marked the whole item as “delivered “ status.
