Camel 20-Shade Soft Pastel Set

The product is very very old and damaged.. the pigmentation from the pastels has leaked to the box outside... I have asked for a replacement.. I hope a new product will be sent this time

as an absolute beginner who tried soft pastels for the first time, i absolutely loved it! to experiment i tried out this little scenery drawing, i blended with my fingers...and found out it's very pigmented( i couldn't remove the stain from my fingers even after washing it with soap 3 times) however the texture is beautiful and i loved it! gonna try a portrait soon. i got 1 broken pastel bur that's okay because the quality is still amazing and considering that pastels tend to break quickly and easily, camlin could do a better packaging but its understandable.

Utilitarian product. Good quality. Had a chance to use them myself while helping my son with his artwork. Great tools for the budding artist.

Well these are chalk like colours/ pastels with a soft powdery finish..I wasn't aware about them..My kid got introduced to them in his art class and we bought them.It's feels wonderful to colour with them, the finish is awesome n blending very easy.Your hands n stuff does get dirty..It needs a fixing spray to keep the colours intact..I got to know recently..so that they donot rub off on any n every surface they contact with..A nice new adventure with art. 🙂
