Good product
Great help when removing labels, unfortunately the charge doesn’t hold long

Not happy with this, won't hit 231* F
Bought this to use for occasional use Solder seal wire connectors. I charged the device to 100% and used the heat retention attachment, tried for several minutes, took off the attachment, and still won't hit the 231* needed to melt the mini solder Solder Seal.--I sat there for 10 minutes with the device 1mm from the heatshrink and nothing.--This aviation engineer recommends you buy a different product, I'm returning this and getting a corded model from another company, This product is a waste of time.

Ok for Heat Shrink Tubing
I’m sure this is a great product if all you want to do is melt shrink tubing. I needed it to melt small solder connectors. It just wouldn’t melt the solder. After 5 minutes of direct heat, the solder was not melted. I guess I expected too much from this little gun.

This is a great tool
I have heat guns in my shop, but none in the house. I specifically needed a heat gun, for straightening feathers, when tying fishing flies and did not want a power cord in the way. This one is perfect. It recharges with a USB, is adequately hot for any household use, and the price was definitely right. It may not be right for large jobs. It will run for about 10 minutes at full heat before needing a recharge. More than what I need for my use.

Good for the price.
Small like a fancy pen. It only worked for 2 heat shrink connectors before the battery died. But it worked well for the 2 at a time I could install. Besides that no other problems.

stopped working after a few uses
I got a few uses out of this and liked the portability. I didn't expect same performance as a corded heat gun but it seemed handy for use in odd/crowded situations or where there wasn't convenient AC. Used it maybe 10 - 12 times over a year. Then it stopped turning on. It shows it's charging with red LED that changes to green but the ON button doesn't work. I didn't mis-treat it. I don't think I'll spend the money to replace - I can use an extension cord...

Broken on delivery
Doesnt even turn on. Confirmed with a multi meter the battery is at full voltage. Switch works, some component is broken on the circuit board...
