Seems to work. But it's not adhesive so fixing it is a challenge and may be easily lost

Works amazingly
This tape is really effective!! I ve tried other ways but this tape was the best!! It makes sounds when there is wind and refracting sunlight.. both actions helped in keeping pigeons away and my balcony clean finally!!

This is ineffective without double-sided tape, which should have been included as part of the product.
