These work great!
These lactose enzyme tablets are awesome and a better deal than other brands I’ve tried! With three kids who are lactose intolerant, finding something that works without breaking the bank is a big win. These tablets do the trick just as well as the pricier options but cost a lot less. I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. They taste pretty good also. I even use them sometimes.

not sure how well they work
My daughter has issues with lactose and hoped these would help. I don't see much improvement, when we have dairy based meals they don't do a lot for her. If anything she complained about having to take it.
