I have been dealing with dry eyes problems for months and my eye specialists recommended regular (DAILY) use of moist heat masks.I evaluated a number of eye masks and chose the MyHalos. Why?1. The mask is easy to safely heat -- just follow the instructions on the card included with the product. Don't overheat!2. Keep the products that touch the area around your eyes clean -- like tissues, handkerchiefs, etc., AND the MyHalo covers. Wash the exterior cover before first use (again, follow the instructions).I purchased 2 MyHalos so I can wash one, use the other, etc. The cover is zippered and it is easy to insert the pouch of beads and keep it securely in the cover.Once heated and in place over your eyes, the mask stays put -- no sliding around on (or off) the face.3. The plush-feeling fabric of the outer cover is SO VERY COMFORTABLE. It makes settling down for a mask treatment a restful treat. I typically use the mask for 15-minute periods twice a day. Kick back, relax, feel better.4. The MyHalo mask has an adjustable elastic band to keep the mask in place. Both the elastic band and the plush cover are microwaveable safe -- there are no metal parts in the mask.5. I needed to buy this to prepare my eyes for an eye exam for cataracts. Little did I know that this is the best invention since sliced bread. I do it for 10 minutes right before I go to sleep and there’s nothing better. It soothes you and gets you ready to sleep and feels great on your eyes. Very soft and stays warm. I intend to continue using it even when I don’t have to. I highly recommend it.

I've suffered with dry eyes for years, treating them with OTC drops. I recently visited a new eye doctor who suggested a mask to help relieve them. When I got home, I ordered this one and was very impressed with the speedy delivery. The first time I used this mask, I knew it was a winner. The soft cover is like velvet and the warmth it delivers to my eyes is really comforting.

Very nice quality and easy to use.It heats up quickly so be careful before laying across your eyes.Also a bit heavy to leave on eyes very long, but very soothing.

Vastly superior to its main competitor (that starts with a B). I have used the competitor's product for years. Recently, I ordered another one on Amazon and there was a manufacture's defect. I wrote to them twice through their website and they apparently could't care less and did not answer me. That is the good news because I then began a search for an alternative and found this product.Instead of not being covered like the competitor which makes the white surface get dirty quickly, this product is in a nice, soft, zippered pouch.Unlike the the competitor's product, I can actually feel moisture.And then amazingly, not only is it vastly superior, but it is less expensive.

It’s easy to use—just a quick warm-up in the microwave and then 15 minutes of wear. I started using it before bed, and the softness of the mask was so relaxing that I often fell asleep before the 15 minutes were up. The mask heats well following the directions. (I have to specify 80% power since my microwave is 1000W.) It retains the heat for the time used. The heat does feel moist despite NOT spritzing the mask water. It feels comfortable to wear. Works better than a different more expensive mask that plugged in (then broke after 2 uses,) and is simpler to use. Very happy with this purchase and recommend it.

I'm very happy with this mask. I wasn't unhappy with my earlier (B*****) mask, but this one, in my opinion, is even better. It will be easier to keep it clean, since the bead packet can be removed from the cover so it can be washed. However, I continue to use the hygenic eyelid sheets from B***** to help keep the new mask stay clean longer. Soft, soothing and comfortable.
