Zagone Studios Men's Grim Reaper
B**.
The best latex skull mask I've found.
I've looked at all the skull masks available at all the major big box stores and the pop-up Halloween stores and this is definitely the nicest and most comfortable one I've seen. The only downside is that there is no mesh covering the eyes so if you want those blacked out you will need to add your own.

Awesome mask
The Good: This is a really awesome mask. The design is perfect. You put it on, and you become the Grim Reaper. It's very comfortable and lifelike...or death-like.The not so good: The rotted hood is cool. However, it does shed. Mine leaves little tiny black hairs all over. This isn't the end of the world, and it's not like the hood falls apart, but it can make something of a mess. I contemplated giving this mask a 4 star review because of this, but it is a small thing, and the mask is truly 5 star in appearance and comfort. A little hot.

A Great Mask, read on
The Zagone Studios Grim Reaper is a pretty great mask. I found it fairly adjustable, comfortable, of pretty decent quality and craftsmanship. In short, I'm pleased with my purchase and have already ordered the matching rotting gown/robe that goes with this mask, and I loved it enough to start planning out props to build and use with this costume to really bring this character to life. Here's some more elaborate information:-Made in the USA. For me, that's a selling point.-Easy to breath out of compared to most halloween masks thanks to the open mouth concept and large eye holes.-One of the few mask companies who's stock pics actually match the product they're selling. It looks great right out of the box.-The choice of latex over foam (foam is used on the competing animotion masks by California costumes) is interesting. Foam looks more lifelike, but those masks hug a hard plastic shell to the wearers face pretty tightly to work--which can lead to pain and discomfort over time. This mask, however, is light and remains comfortable over long periods of being worn. Zagone's masks also cover the entire head, and when pulled on tightly, the mask moved as my cheeks moved-giving it a sense of animotion that's not possible with the competing masks unless I'm also opening my mouth.-Probably my favorite grim reaper mask that I've ever seen so far, short of paying hundreds-to-thousands for a high end silicone mask. The value of quality to price makes this one tough to beat.-I did find that the mask was a little on the small end for me. I have a pretty big head. My delima is that if I position the mask so that I have perfect vision, the bottom jaw is pushed down and the mouth won't close completely. Then, when I talk, the teeth start to bend inwards and the quality of appearance drops. To fix this, I put some slack into the mask to fit my mouth rather than my eyes. This gives me the appearance of a real looking grim reaper when I talk, but it means my eyes don't match up with the masks eyes anymore. I plan on using a morph suit so that my eyes won't be seen by anyone who looks at me anyways, and will have to settle with having a compromised field of view. I can still see better than most masks, only the upper part of my vision becomes blocked. I can see downwards and forwards, but not up.-I give this a 4 star rating. It's pretty awesome, and I love it. I think a plastic insert on the bottom jaw would help the mask really keep its shape, and having the mask as a 2 piece so that I can self align my jaw/eyes would be smart upgrades.

It’s got scare factor
This is hands down the best reaper costume I’ve bought. I also bought the rotting shirt and gloves all from the same manufacture to complete the costume. My cat even hissed at me when I walked into the room for the first time. Scaring an animal was a good compliment as to the appearance of the mask. I expect to scare the wits out of my neighbors kids this Halloween. If a grim reaper is what your looking for I recommend this one along with the other Accessories. I’ve also ordered a Scythe to complete the costume. Trying it on in the house it was a little hot. Should be good for the cool weather I expect here in the North East. The mask is Built around a spandex like material. You put it over your head like a sock. I found it a little hard to breathe in the house but think it will be ok out side in the cool air. You could cut the sock around the mouth and nose but I am not planning too. This is the type of outfit you would expect to see at a high end haunted house. It will blow away most consumes trick or treating.

Little tight
First...it LOOKS fabulous. If you have a relatively large head, like I do, it might be a little tight. Going by the photos, I thought it would be oversized. That's not the case. I might actually cut the eye holes larger because that's where's it's tightest. However, if you have a "normal" sized head, you should be good.

Scared the kiddos!
Got this with the full body suit and bony glove hands for halloween. I was the stay at home dad who handed out candy while my wife took the kids out trick or treating. I had the satisfaction of scaring quite a few children just standing out on our front porch :) Moving jaw works great. Only issue is that I wear glasses and using them under the mask became a nightmare. I live in the south so it was warm and as the mask heated up condensation formed on my lenses and was literally running down onto my cheeks and fogging them completely. As the mask and hood are one piece on a a kind of ski mask that you pull over your head it was very hard to clean my lenses to see. But this is no fault of the mask, mine for the glasses. I would still highly recommend it
