I bought it for my son because he started to complain about back pain since he sits for long hours due to remote learning , I searched on Amazon read reviews and ordered it came rather quick and my son felt the difference from first use, he has never complained about back pain or discomfort since .

Use this daily in the car as I've had back problems for years. Makes it comfortable driving as the support is excellent.

It was what I needed

Yet another terrible back support that only seems to support your lower back leaving you in an awkward lean back position resulting in upper back/shoulder ache.

I sit at my desk working from home most of the day presently, I have been using cushions taken from the bed and sofa to provide support (not ideal). First impressions were of disappointment, I expected something more rigid. Most lumbar support are built around a solid frame; this is basically just a lump of memory form.When delivered its folded up in the bag, which shows you the level of flex in this cushion, and that is what this is a memory form cushion/pillow, not a back support. Saying that does it work, yes works great and supports my lower back (did not feel anything in my upper back but then its too short to help in that area.Build quality is high, the straps look sturdy and are adjustable. I personally will not use in my car as my car has lumbar adjustment build in, so has my office chair but found this cushion did help my back for prolonged periods of sitting.Not badly priced for a memory form pillow and has improved my posture during my working day.

I have this Olsen & Smith ergonomic breathable mesh memory foam cushion for upper and lower back pain, lumbar support/back rest in black.It looks well made and sturdy with neat stitching.It has adjustable strap, so it could be fixed to the chair.The memory foam is soft but very dense.I like that the cushion cover is removable, so it could be washed - there is a zip underneath.I have scoliosis, that is why I very often have a back pain. I have a good office chair, but it wasn't providing me enough lumbar support. I mounted this pillow on my chair and it made a huge difference. It is now more comfortable for me to seat and my back pain is significantly reduced.It is great pillow, it is good that it is quick to put it on the chair and take it off as now I'm taking this pillow with me to the car and I'm using it on the sofa when I'm watching TV, it also fits my wooden dining chair.Very good, useful and practical cushion, corrects my posture when I'm seating and provides support which reduces my back pain.

Like many others I work from home and this has been a nice addition to the chair. I have to say that I do not get any upper back relief with this one, but it does feel comfortable and supportive on the lower back.It doesn't get hot and sweaty on the back and I like it.
