Who Is the Biggest?

Beautiful illustrations. I love the comparisons of speed, weight, size, etc. However, I'm confused by the target age group. My son is 22 months so he can lift the flaps by himself, but there are only a couple words for every page so it doesn't hold his attention. A younger baby or toddler wouldn't be able to lift the flaps by themselves or understand the concept of comparisons. I just wish there was more of a story to go along with the beautiful pictures.

I got this for my 18 months old so reading it only with my supervision at the moment. I like this author and this book did not dissapoint for sure. Simple with lovely illustrations.
