Because it's a funko pop... They almost always have black big circles for eyes. And no he def doesn't wear sun glasses

It should. Mine does. Most likely it accidently got scratched off, or perhaps it didn't get printed on. I'd take a picture of it, or just let amazon know right away. They'll probably have you return it to them, but send you a new one in exchange.
