Non sticky gray surface peeled off after one wash - hand wash! It started peeling off just by locking it.

Perfect size I was looking for, but poor quality and very thin. It's not stable, I don't recommend this for making cheesecake. Your cheesecake will collapse.

It was great for the first few uses, however the bottom started getting loose and now batter leaks out while baking in the oven.
