I love this supplement, I can feel the kick from the pomegranate right away so I take it in the morning. I wishit was lower cost but the ingredients are great for a person in their 60's so I will continue to buy this product!

A little disappointed. I was super excited about trying this product, but it really upset my tummy and had some pretty awful side effects bathroom wise. At first I thought maybe grape seed itself just did not agree with me personally, but I have since found a whole-food true organic product with more of the main ingredients that does not cause the same issues, plus it is also a better value. While the same may not happen to everyone, beware after a week or so of steady use you may want to plan on being home for a few days (lol). As far as the results, I really did not see a noticeable improvement in my skin, though I’m not really old enough to have lines or wrinkles just yet (I had hoped it would help with dryness, which it unfortunately did not). Nonetheless, as I am recovering from a recent nutritional deficiency, my hair is now back to being supper shiny again and has stopped the crazy shedding it was doing. However, I am taking a lot of other things as well (e.g., green superfoods powder, collagen peptides, protein, biotin, Maca, saw palmetto, keratin, etc.), so it is hard to tell if that is owed to this product or another.
