I love this and it really helps my bad back. And by bad, I mean that I have four crushed disks and an old spinal fracture. I still want to get out there and walk my dogs and sometimes regular back braces are so incredibly bulky it gets depressing to have this giant blob around my waist. I have some pride, not much but some. I tried this and I could have gone a size smaller, which I thought i would never write in a million years!I plan to get more and use them all the time.

I am a hard one to size due to being a small human. I got the 0 and its not too tight where its constricting nor too loose where it just slides down. Ive used it for aerial training and am excited to try it out in my contortion classes starting next this week!

I USE IT OVER MY LEOTARD OR SOMETIMES DIRECTLY AGAINST MY SKIN UNDER A SHIRT. WARMS UP WELL AND CONFORMS TO MY CORE AND I'M A HEAVY GUY IN A SIZE 3(37 WAIST). THIS IS EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR THE PRICE AND IS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN MORE POPULAR BRANDS THAT I HAVE OWNED HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR A WHILE. I HAVE ALREADY USED IT WHILE DOING CYR WHEEL AND AERIAL YOGA IN THE 3 WEEKS I'VE HAD IT AND HELPS WITH TIGHTNESS IN MY LOWER BACK. AFTER THE FIRST FEW MINUTES I FORGET I HAVE IT ON. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS TO MY FRIEND WHO HAS SCIATICA THAT IS CAUSING BACK PAIN AS THIS MIGHT HELP TO SUPPORT HER BACK PAIN (NOT THE SCIATICA). This training belt is truly great. It warms the back and helps me stretch to optimal capacity without straining my back. This might be an exaggeration, but, I think it also makes the waist even smaller. I have worn this during the evening when doing my stretching (no sweating involved), and the next morning my pants were falling off.

Really enjoying this back warmer for aerial training. It is snug and stays in place during a full training session (1-2 hours typically). Its durable as well as I've done a fair amount of skills involving direct sheering on the material and has held up well. I ordered a size 0 (5'7, roughly 135) and it was a great match!

I'm so happy with this compression wool -cotton. I'm searching many years ago. Now finally I got it and very good condition; high quality. But for back pain I did not see any different still I have pain maybe because I have problem in my back. I want say thanks for who make this product and sure for seller too

I only got a few months wear out of it before it stretched too much. It's comfortable and goes on easily. But I had to give it away when it lost its "ooomph".
