Bright, reliable, and long lasting keychain flashlight.
Great little keychain light. I gave one to my wife and she always scoffed at me for bringing a flashlight everywhere until she had this on her keys. After she used it she came home and said she understands now and her little light was “much brighter and more useful than my phone light”. The fact that it uses a super common AAA battery is a plus since you can find them anywhere in the world.

Great light-awesome value
This little light is amazing for the price, it's perfect for a Keychain and is much brighter than the old Keychain lights. It's aluminum construction is sturdy and the fit and finish is quite nice, you really feel like you are getting the most for your money, and it's waterproof too! The light is barely larger than the aaa battery it runs on. The only thing that would make it totally perfect would be the wonderful two-way clip featured on larger olight models.

The EDC I keep on my key chain!
I wanted to try a few AA & AAA single cell powered lights to keep handy in my laptop bag and/or on my key chain in my pocket to use anywhere the need comes up, which in my case is a fair bit. After trying a few of these "Every Day Carry" type mini-lights, this is far and away my favorite. It does not have any infrequently used adjustment features I will forgot how to use or which annoy me by coming up in the wrong operating mode, it's smaller than the others I tried out, so it does not add much bulk at all to my key fob (It's dwarfed by either of my 2 car key fobs). Simple twist on/off and a really bright light output. This is a basic EDC flashlight and it excels in that role. And just so I wasn't clear enough, it is really tiny; barely larger than the AAA battery inside.Battery life has been great although I haven't kept track and so far I'm still on my original Alkaline battery installed a few months ago. I rarely use it for more than a few minutes at a time. Sometimes multiple times a day and sometimes not for a week or more. After a few minutes of on time, it will get noticeably warm due to its high light output. That said, if I need a light for much longer than that, it's usually where I need a broader beam and I have bigger and much bulkier units for that.I know a number of reviewers have complained the top has unscrewed and come off, some others have complained it has turned on in their pocket. I keep this in my pocket all day long if I am out of the house and have never even approached either of those issues. I give it less than a quarter turn to turn off and it has never come on by itself or come apart. It's possible those users damaged, lost, removed or had the little O-ring in the wrong groove too far back. It's that O-ring that provides its water resistance and also adds friction to the LED housing that screws on/off and to provide both battery access and the on/off switch function.I haven't gotten it any wetter than from being out in the rain briefly so I can't speak to the water resistance, but I'm not planning on swimming with this or using it underwater. It's rated similarly to other EDC lights, so it should be fine submerged up to a couple of feet deep if the O-ring is intact. Can you break it? I'm sure the answer is yes, but for my purposes and in my pocket, all it's showing is a little wear and tear on the otherwise durable finish from constant rubbing against my keys and pocket change. If and when it ever breaks, I will reorder immediately. To recap- small, did I say small? I meant tiny.- powerful little light for my near distance use (usually within 1-3 feet for me), but the beam will illuminate to quite a distance- Super simple to use and no extra features you probably won't use or don't much matter in a light this small for basic use- Good Battery life, and compatible with NiMH rechargeable AAAs. You can't use a 10440 Li-ion as the voltage is too high for its LED when fully charged, plus it will likely get too hot to hold if you do. If you really need Li-Ion, look to another light.- Inexpensive- Overall a five star for its super convenience, ease of use and function.2 year update - STILL my favorite! In 2years of use. I've had the top unscrew in my pocket once and have had it turn on once on its own in my pocket. I've maybe missed not having a tail switch vs the twist on/off maybe a couple of times, but the size and weight are just perfect and ditto for light output. I've tried AA size, tail switch types, rechargeables and always come back to this one. Paired with NiMH rechargeable AAA batteries, I usually go for months between battery changes. The others stay handy on my desk or bench, this one lives on my key chain always on my belt or in my pocket and goes wherever I go so I'm never without a light and neither is anyone else who is alongside me at work!

Small AAA Battery Flash Light, Very Bright, Many Uses
These were on sale for $5 each, and I bought four. I was looking for a tiny light to keep with my second key ring, emergency kit, and tool box. These take AAA batteries, which I like better than rechargeable lights as AAA batteries are everywhere, and you can pair them with alkalines or lithiums for long term storage/use. The light is twist on, and twist off, which is easy to do. Pros: Very very small, lightweight, use of AAA batteries, good build quality. Cons: If not on sale, it can be pricey for a tiny flashlight.

Olight i3E EOS 90 Lumen Flashlight Review
This is a review of the Olight i3E EOS 90 Lumen Flashlight in Black. I am an enthusiast of flashlights and coolers. This flashlight meets my criteria perfectly well: 1) small as possible, 2) bright, 3) lightweight, 4) uses only 1 aa or aaa battery, 5) is waterproof, and 6) has a simple interface.Positives:1. This is tiny, even more so than the Fenix E05 (which was already tiny).2. This is very bright and appears to be about the 90 lumens that it claims.3. This is even lighter than the Fenix E05. This is the lightest AAA keychain style flashlight that I have come across. You can tell by my reviews, I have had a lot of experience with flashlights. Out of all of the AAA flashlights, this is the first that I do not mind having on my keychain, which is a very lightweight setup.4. It uses just one AAA battery, which is common in other things such as your remote controls for the television.5. It has the same o-ring design as other lights in this category with the typical IPX-8 submersible standards.6. It has the most simple interface, just twist for on and twist back again for off! That is my favorite feature of this light. With other lights, 95% of the time is used on the "high" level. All of my other flashlights, with exception of the Fenix E11 which is my favorite light (too bad it has already been replaced with the E12), require users to cycle between multiple brightness levels along with SOS or Strobe modes to get to your desired setting. This is just simple on-and-off.Negatives:- None.Neutral:1. The Fenix E11 is my favorite AA flashlight (and overall flashlight) being the smallest AA flashlight I have come across and it has my favorite feature of a simple CLICK of the button switch to turn on and turn off. This Olight i3E is likely my favorite AAA flashlight as it has just one setting of "high" and has one simple step of TWIST tight to turn on and loose to turn off. Both flashlights have a simple one-step interface. However, I prefer the easier to use (especially with one hand) CLICK switch to the TWIST switch. This is just my preference. Some may argue that the twist switch is more reliable, which has merit to it. Other will say that a click button switch can be accidentally activated if bumped into something, which is possible. Lastly, if this flashlight had a click button switch on it, it would likely be longer in length. Despite all of these points, I have found the simple click is easier to use with one hand and I have never had the Fenix E11 accidentally turn on whether in my pocket or in a bag.I have only had this light for a couple of weeks as of March 12, 2016. It is too soon to determine if this is a reliable flashlight, which will require continued use over time. So far, it has been attached to my keychain, which stays in my pocket or gets thrown into a bag for most of the day. An update will be provided in several months to report on how this light does. Previous experiences with the Fenix E05 has been disappointing as at least four of the flashlights that I purchased (for myself and family members) failed within a year's time. These lights were all replaced with the larger Fenix E11, which all continue to work, as does my Fenix LD20. Though the other lights continue to function well, I must admit that the failures of the E05 really hurt my confidence in Fenix.Overall, I rate the Olight i3E EOS 90 lumen flashlight a 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. It is the simplest, tiniest, lightest, single AAA light around. I use it just about on a daily basis. It is the first AAA light that is comfortable enough to have attached to my keychain, which go everywhere with me.UPDATE June 30, 2016:This is easily my favorite AAA light ever. In addition to the black version that was originally purchased, I also picked up the copper version ($20) and two of the silver versions ($13 each). This should show you how much this flashlight is appreciated. My wife took over the beautiful, but heavier copper one. My favorite is the silver version, which I put in our emergency kit. Once again, this is the simplest, tiniest, and most lightweight AAA flashlight I have owned. Best feature, according to my preferences, is the one setting of full power mode. With other lights, too much time is wasted on finding the desired setting. With this one, you know that there is just one full power mode before you even turn it on.UPDATE July 8, 2016:Attached are some pictures to compare the Olight 90 Lumens i3E EOS in black. A size comparison with the 4Sevens Preon 2 in Green, the 4Sevens Preon 1 in solid Titanium, and the Olight i3E EOS in black. The other pictures compare the beam shots for 3 lights in high mode at a 20 inch distance from a white wall (the Preon 2 on the left, the Preon 1 in the middle, and the Olight i3E EOS on the right). I believe Preon 2 claims 192 lumens, Preon 1 was 80 if I recall, and the Olight i3E is 90 lumens.

Simple, reliable, light weight light that always works. Minus one star for greenish tint
Light has an odd greenish tint. If it weren't for that, I'd definately give this light 5 stars. It has a simple twist on-off function and only one light level. Perfect for people like me who just want a simple flashlight with only one level.
