I was really pleased with this pendant when it arrived. I have ordered other alert pendants in the past, but they're either too big, too small, or just clunky-looking. This on from My Identity Doctor is the steel gold-toned style, and it has the look of inlaid with mother-of-pearl (though I know that's not what it is), with a gold cross and gold rim -- it's lovely, a pretty necklace all by itself. The engraving is very clear and looks durable. The chain and clasp are also high-quality and sturdy. And the size is perfect for me -- it fits what I needed to fit on the back, but it's not too big, about the size of a quarter (see my photo). I wear it every day!

I am very pleased with this high-quality item, the print is highly legible and accurate, the chain and attaching hardware are sturdy, it's comfortable and after a month of wearing it 24/7 it still looks brand new. You may be thinking a month isn't enough time to see any problems, but that would be wrong, this is the third such Item I've bought this year (it's only April.) I watched a cheaper one degrade to the point it was almost illegible inside of a few weeks. This one, the black print is crisp and crystal clear, and the metal is gleaming shinny and bright. I couldn't be more pleased with its quality!If you've shopped for this type of item then you know this one is not the least expensive to be found. An easy mistake to make, when shopping, is to consider price point to be the most important factor. This one doesn't have the lowest price point, however it is the BEST VALUE out there, far and away! Finally a medic alert that I like wearing. The information on the back is correct and printed in a nice legible font. I have two conditions that warrant a medical alert. They both fit nicely along with my name and emergency contact number. The necklace is comfortable and nice looking.

This is a much better quality product than the cheap imports.

Gives vital data to emergency responders, but over time the information gets chipped from other items and hard to read.

It looks expensive and professional, I bought it in 2021 and it still looks new. I never take it off. The engraving's clear and easy to read. I would buy it for other people and I would recommend it for everyone. Its the perfect size and looks like a locket.

Excellent design with very defined engraving on the rear. Chain in light and comfortable and the pendant is solid without being too large. Sellers were excellent at communicating and have an excellent product.

Good quality chain and id tag. Should last a lifetime.. Information on the tag was clear and easily read. When it arrived it was well packaged with a lot of info about the product and the family run business that produced it. I strongly recommend this product and the people that produced it
