An Introduction to Management Science: Quantitative Approach

Book arrived in time and in perfect condition.

This textbook is easy to read and understand; the examples and end-of-chapter problems are very practical and challenging. I highly recommend this book.

Book itself looks fine. The ad needs to be obvious that this does not include the cengage course access. You would think that this being a $125 brand new book, it would include the publisher's online course code for a few months. No, you need to go and spend another $119 on the site, or find the "bundle" with code on Amazon for ~$262.

The books shows a lot of examples where the methods shown in the book can be used. Moreover, each examples are given answers step by step.

I rented as oppose to buying. It was the better option for me.

Chapters 16-21 and Appendix E (over 150 pages) are NOT included in the hardcover version of this book. You have to go to "the website" to download the pdf files. If I had wanted an eTextbook I would have bought one - I wanted a hardcover, I paid for a hardcover - I expected to get the entire book in hardcover.

I paid extra to get a new hardcopy of this textbook, so I was surprised when I received a used copy. The textbook is in decent condition and arrived quickly. However, it is clearly a used textbook with sticky notes inside. I would expect that I should be refunded the difference I paid for a new textbook compared to used.
