Fantastic Budget Microphone
I'm an 19 year old college student into music production and obviously I'm on a budget. I love this microphone especially for the price. It sounds great on vocals and when recording my acoustic guitar. You can really get this thing sounding great when you start mixing it. It sounds clear and very crisp but not too crisp to where you hate the high end of it. it's perfect for my voice.

Simply amazing.
I got this mic off of recommendations given in a few YouTube videos for budget mics and I am not disappointed to say the least.I was rocking a Blue Yeti and a fake dynamic mic before to make music (vocals), but with this Tascam TM-80, my songs sound miles better with the vocals being crystal clear. It's true that XLR microphones are better for vocals rather than digital USB variants.Given the price of this I am even more blown away, I highly recommend this.

Good budget XLR condenser
Sounds good for it's price. Can be powered with any cheapest audio interface. Indestructable. If you get it with additional discount, it might be just a no-brainer solution. What else you need to ask for? Maybe a foam cover but you shouldn't complain at all.

Works as advertised
I use two of these in my church for audience capture. I've had to suspend them from our balcony to capture the best reaction vocals. I LOVE the rear rejection of the cardioid pattern. It allows my team to talk not far from them and not be heard in the recordings. I do plan on purchasing a few more for our church.

Decent and budget friendly, but volume isn't great.
This works well and captures a lot of the small details and nuances of whatever you're recording. It's sturdy, made of good quality materials and easy to set up. But you have to get quite close to the mic to get a decent volume out of it. The mini stand it comes with is also quite a joke. I actually laughed when setting it up. You cannot adjust the angle of the mic without it toppling over due to the weight of the mic. The legs are also not adjustable, so the height is what it is. You will need to buy a separate stand or whatever you will need for your set up to hold the mic. Overall, it's a good buy if you're on a budget and need something simple.
