This is the best probiotic for me.

I purchased these once before and felt like they were helping straighten out my digestive system. I ordered a second batch and this time all I got was stomach cramping. I stopped them for a few days, but it took a while to clear up and then I started back up to see if this was the culprit and sure enough the cramping started again. This batch was definitely different than the first batch I got so their quality control is poor. The cramping is very uncomfortable and since I can’t return them, I’m tossing them in the trash. I won’t buy these again.

I bought this for my boyfriend but I didn’t realize he had started taking it. But I noticed a huge difference in him in a few days! Then I discovered that he started taking it! This worked so well for my BF I bought one for my son who’s wrapping up his last 2 months of college! He’s burned out & stressed! I hope it helps h like it did my BF!

I made yogurt out of these strains with another brand that used to be cheaper but is now the same price as this one i bought before i was into making yogurt. honestly if i had to do it all over again hands down I'd make the yogurt out of this product because the other one had extra ingredients that were astringent and made the first batch curds and whey, the second batch from that just had separation issues, and third was perfect like in my photo.My recipe is half and half, inulin, pills, back slop, or frozen yogurt ice cubes.i use 2 tbs inulin per liter/quart of half and half. 2 tbs backslop/icecubes or 1 pill (min of 2 billion cfus) per liter/quart. i mix this all up making sure the hard to dissolve inulin is truly dissolved. then i fill mason jars almost full and screw the lids on hard. i then toss them in a bucket of water my sous vide stick keeps at 106f for 36 hours. if your feeling lazy about the inulin, you can use potato starch but the texture is not as nice. alternatively some other form of carb might be used to max the bacteria CFUs of the yogurt. and you can use milk inside of half and half but using a different carb, or using milk will make for a much thinner yogurt then the thick stuff i make that can sit on it's side without falling out. i only eat 4oz of yogurt daily as that's more live active bacteria then what comes in the whole bottle of pills.back when i was taking this brand in the form of pills and not yogurt, the first month on that my mood slightly improved. months later i bought more and my rescue dog downed half the bag of mood pills and the rest where on my dirty floor, so i fed him floor pills until i ran out. it really turned my doggo into a happy go lucky puppy again, not the serious stressed out rescue i originally received. i highly recommend these strains. good luck peeps!
