Anyone else sent the wrong item - twice?
I love these lids, and have used them with my 3qt for years. There is no faster/easier way to pop leftovers into the fridge! We finally added a 8qt to our kitchen, and immediately needed to pick one of these up! Unfortunately I have so far received a lid for a 6 qt and a new 8 qt replacement seal. I have reordered again, and am hopeful.Amazon warns that this is a frequently returned item. I can only assume it's because they are often sending out the wrong thing.

Material is substantial, but lid does not seal airtight (6 qt model on Instant Pot Pro)
Material is substantial and worth the cost, but the lid does not create an airtight seal on my 6 qt Instant Pot Pro (I was expecting it to do so)."On the fence" consideration: Perhaps hot and cooling food would cause pressure and vacuum that would wreak havoc with the lid without some sophisticated relief mechanism if it were to seal airtight, and hence, the design may be the chosen best compromise.2/9/25 update: I'm upping my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. After using this lid a number of times, I find it very good for the purposes I use it. A vacuum does form when hot food conents cool with this lid on, and it pulls the lid in a little then for awhile, just to note, but that's something that is not consequential--just saying. I don't have or foresee any need to have an airtight lid for the Instant Pot liner, for I only have a need to temporarily have a lid on the liner, e.g., overnight while my yogurt does it's final cooling before being put into containers.

It's perfect
I got this, because I like to make my potato salad with the instant pot. If I cut my potatoes small I can put them in the instant pot on the trivet and put my eggs in with it and have them both cooked to perfection in 4 minutes. The problem is, and the potatoes fall through the spaces on the trivet. And the trip it's not white enough to hold in a potatoes for the big batch of potato salad that I make. This fixes that problem completely.It does the job and I don't have to pay a lot more to get one of the others that are out there.It saved me money and it does what I need it to do. Can't get better than that. I would definitely buy it again.

Fits my 6qt pot. Now I can put it in the refrigerator with soup in it.
