I bought this package because finding simple TTL chips these days can be a challenge and I needed some 74LS02's among other things. I installed these chips as well as other chips I had into a large circuit board with probably 50 or so chips. Something wasn't working correctly and I finally tracked it down to a bad 74LS02 from this batch. I would've expected every chip sold to go through some kind of Quality Assurance to prevent this from happening since it can be very costly to track down problems like this in a complicated system. My advice is to steer clear if you value your time :)

All 4 chips are bad. Same circuit with an old 74ls47 I had laying around works fine. With the chips in this order, all are bad. Wasited hrs trying to figure out wtf was wrong..

Recived the package and both the 74ls04 did not work right out of the box. Half of the inverters on the chip did not work.
