Haven’t used it myself, but our professional cleaners have pronounced it to be excellent . They say it’s easier to use and much more efficient than the previous folding, rectangular blue sponge pad that they’d been using before.I think the ability to get the filaments into tight corners and wring them out very effectively as they proceed, has made a great difference. We certainly have no complaints about the results.

Reading the bad reviews on here nearly put me off buying this product but I'm glad I bought it in the end! People are saying that their handles are faulty and fall apart on use. I got suspicious that so many people were saying the same thing so many years apart - I thought it was unlikely that a respected brand such as Vileda wouldn't have fixed a faulty product after all these years. Well almost certainly what's really happening is the customer hasn't put together the handle properly. It comes in three parts; two of the parts have a black screw at the end which you've got to loosen/unscrew first. Once you've done that then insert the parts together by pushing AND THEN twisting clockwise. These people must only be pushing and not twisting the parts at all. The handle is perfectly sturdy and durable once you've done that. I don't know why people have immediately written a bad review when you only need to go to a well-known video streaming platform to find out how to construct the handle! Most products don't come with instructions these days so a bit of research is needed.For the SuperMocio mop I ordered (the one with the hairy stringy bits, not the one with the strips of material with red dots on), to attach the mop head you simply click it onto the handle. I believe that this product is very well built, will probably last a long time and it's great value for money. Well done Vileda!

Great value. As described.

Great as it arrived, easy to wring out and works well enough. 6 months later and the plastic clips holding the mop head on are breaking and not long after than the bucket insert for wringing out the mop is broken in multiple places and I've gone back to my 10 year old one.

The only criticism I have with this set is the mop handle is so short I have to bend over when using it. It's a sturdier design than previous vileda mops I have purchased. Perhaps you could add an extra length for those of us over five foot in height? The mop bucket fits easily into an average sink too.
