Makes getting through the front door MUCH easier
I've now got these attached to the outside of every bag I own - each with a front door key.No more rummaging around to find the right key. Makes me smile every time I get to the door.

Smooth action but carabiner adds too much length in retracted position.
This feels fairly high quality and seems robust. It is not possible to predict the reliability of these things. The strength of the spring return is very good. The carabiner is also strong and sturdy but too big for the job. It is too long and clumsy and extra bottle opener/spanner functions make it the wrong shape around clothing. Not a deal breaker as it is easily removed/changed and just moving it up the short webbing strap makes it a bit more manageable. If this keychain lasts it will be very good for the price.

UPDATE - both broke after about a year - Very well made - but a little pricey
Use mine to attach to dog ball throwers - and then to my belt loops - keeps hands free when walking the dog!Seem very well made after a couple of months of daily use - a strong steel wire connected to a metal clip - would recommend - and it is true "you get what you pay for" - still wish it was a couple of quid cheaper though :)Update 2024 - After about 1 year of use, both have snapped where the wire attaches to the retractor - would have hoped that they would have lasted longer for the price.
