This parchment paper is really great (15" by 242ft)! I love that it's just the width of my baking pans! It worked very well for cooking biscuits instead of just putting them on the plain pan. I will be using the paper for cooking, flash freezing, baking breads, cookies....etc. I also use this to place in between my acrylic canvas artwork pieces to keep them from sticking to each other. Could be great to use as a play base when the kids are playing with play dough. It would be cool if it had a strip cutter on it, but it tears off pretty easily, so thank goodness I haven't really had a problem with that.

If you cook or bake even semi-regularly, just get this. The paper itself is super sturdy and never tears or curls up on the pan like cheaper stuff. But the real star? The built-in cutter. Absolute game changer. No more fighting with jagged edges or digging out scissors mid-recipe. The box is a little wonky, but who cares—it works. I use this for everything from roasting veggies to lining cake pans, and it holds up beautifully. Total staple in my kitchen now.

This is really good parchment paper. I had bought some from another store and it just burned burned every time I made some sourdough bread. It was hard to get out of the pot like brittle paper but this doesn’t do that. It’s great with cookies. It’s great with bread. It’s just really good parchment paper. I like the way it tears off too. Makes it a lot easier.

Bought it before. One of the better parchment paper options out there. It does not stick to any food and is good for up to 450F heat in the oven before the paper starts to crisp.

I use parchment paper everyday. This is a huge roll and does a great job of keeping my pans clean and baking my goods without sticking.

If you use parchment paper for baking in the oven as I do, this product is the ticket. Unbleached, which is always best, and quite a large roll which should last a long time. Already used a section to bake fish and fries. I would definitely buy this product again!

I love this parchment paper! It's a little heavier than most of the grocery store brands. I love, love, love the slide cutter! I can leave the box in the cabinet drawer, pull out the piece I want, slide the cutter and close the drawer. It's fast, easy, no chance of getting cut on a jagged cutter, and every piece has a nice even cut without messy tearout.
