I'm pretty impressed with this for the money, its great value compared to many other options. It was shipped swiftly, and arrived undamaged. It is very simply packaged, with little excess packaging waste, which is great to see.The unit itself is made entirely from plastic, which I'm more than happy with since it means there are no metal parts to rust and stain. It is very quick and easy to assemble using plastic "pop rivets", only took me literally 10 minutes to put together.The panels are all relatively light plastic, which means its easy to move around and not heavy but obviously limits how sturdy this is - just be aware that you're buying a very lightweight item not a hefty solid wooden trunk - this may or may not be what you're after. It comes with a lock clasp but frankly I wouldn't rely on it for securing any items, you could kick the entire box open very quickly indeed or just knock the clasp off since its only fixed using plastic "pop" rivets that would easily pull out. I would use it only for low-value "convenience" storage if using outside, not anything of value.I was hoping that it would be waterrproof since the panels have "flanges" at the overlaps where two panels meet so that water shouldn't be able to easily get in - however after sitting outside for a few days there is a pool of water in the bottom unfortunately so its not waterproof - just bear in mind based on what you're planning to store in there.I've not had the box long enough to feedback on longevity or stain/fading of plastic over time but will update this after owning it for a while. As of right now, its perfect for my purposes and I'm very pleased with the purchase, just wish it was more waterproof.

There were only a couple of reviews when we purchased this and one said difficult to assemble and poor quality. We nearly didn't order because of this. However, we took the plunge and, with two people, we didn't have a problem in assembling it. We wanted something for storing garden tools and birds food and it seems to do the job well. So far we're very pleased with it and, for the cost, we think it's good value for money.Update August 2020: Still very pleased with this. It has stayed dry during all the summer rains and is ideal for storing garden items like hand tools, bird seed etc. We even have a small pair of steps in it. I would not recommend it for storing anything valuable as it is not strong enough to be secure, but for our purposes it works well.

Easy to assemble, not as sturdy as would of liked but non the less it serves its purposes for our outdoor items, cushions, tools, paints, brushes ext. Happy happy and looks great 👍🏻

although the price is tempting, we purchased this item because it was the only bench we could find with the correct measurements to fit in the space we had in mind.You pay for what you get and personally I would rather have paid more for something more sturdy.The lid isn’t really strong enough to be a bench so don’t plan to sit on it (we’re not heavy either!)The baseplate is the most thin piece of material and this buckled and warped when we placed our items in (fence paint/bbq items) - so don’t plan to put anything heavy inside.Instructions aren’t the clearest and I wasn’t able to put together without the help of my partner (everything clicks into place and needs a good strength behind it)It looks nice enough, does the job (just) but you certainly pay for what you get - for the price I’m happy enough not to bother returning but I would have sent it back for something else if we had the space available.

I use this to keep logs in by my back door , its too open where i am to have an open log store so this is great ,husband has put ply in the base as its not built for throwing logs in , however having said that its worked brilliant , i am sure it has plenty of uses , very quick delivery and simple to put together , were pleased with it

Great too assemble. I use it for my horse equipment easy to manage and maintain. brilliant for what I use it for, a lot of storage! and light too move or carry.Very handy to have a lock placement.

Bought this to keep the recycling bag's in and it's perfect for that,it's robust enough but not strong enough to sit on, and the base is flimsy.took me around 30 minutes to assemble, overall pleased with purchase.

Great product. Does exactly what it says. I use it for recycle bags.
