I really like the taste of this brand. The larger size of the crystals is exactly 💯 what I was looking for. Each crystal had the same size, where there wasn't one larger or smaller than the other, so your baked goods come out looking professional.

I enjoy sprinkling this on french toast and other things. Gives a nice texture.

I purchased this sugar to put on top of panettone and it was perfect. Last year I used Belgian Pearl sugar and it was way too big and it all fell off during the rising process. The Swedish pearl sugar is the perfect size. It stayed on and made the finished product look beautiful.
