It's clear, it doesn't foam up. My dog likes it. My dog is not allergic to it. It doesn't smell like anything even in chicken flavor. It does very much help with tartar control. overall I love it. It's kind of a small tube if you're used to buying toothpaste at Costco but it's not one of those miniature sized things either. The flip cap is a little hard to actuate at times if you have dexterity difficulties but you can always unscrew it and it works just fine.

This arrived very fast , without defect or damage. It was safety sealed, and in a box. The actual tooth paste is lightly tinted pale yellow /clear. Had little smell to it,...But when my pets smelled it they seemed to be very interested in what it was. ( my cat liked it more than the dog). Which made the whole brushing experience over all easier to do. . Four stars on this one. So far so good.

I don't have any other dog toothpaste to compare this with, but both of my dogs love the taste, which helps a lot when brushing their teeth. I have noticed a slight decrease in tartar on my older dog's teeth after using the product for a couple of months, and hope this will continue. My younger dog is too young to have any tartar build-up, so I am using it mainly as a preventative.

My dog has terrible teeth so I don't know how much this really helps, but she doesn't mind it too much and likes the flavor so we stick with it.
