Bought this to replace most lost Voyager Edge that I left in a taxi. Works great, even though it is refurbished. Note to others: this does NOT come with the charging case, just the headset itself.

Terrible product. Doesn't work well with iPhones. Disconnects constantly. People cannot hear me well even when connected. Awful. Do not waste your money on this.

Much better quality than another model I owned. The charging cradle has been a real blessing when I travel. I think the Voyager Edge is going to give me years of great service.

I am not sure whether it is the fact that it was refurbished or it is the design but I do have issues with this. I was on a conference call and it had 4+ hours of talk time left but about 1 hour into the conference call it disconnected. I didnt want to hang up from the call so I tried turning on and off Bluetooth but it would not reconnect. Once I got off the call it connected just fine. Also, on the same call when it was working, it started creating some digital garble to everyone's voices. I turned it off and back on and it worked again. Also, voices tend to lack lower frequency sound. All that said, the noise cancellation seems to work great, since during my conference call, after it stopped working, I received a complain from a supervisor that the background noise just got really loud and distracting.

I lost my first Edge. LOVE the talk time. LOVE how far you can get away from your phone and still be connected. This replacement one I bought is defective...microphone isn't working. Also PLEASE NOTE THAT IT DOES NOT COME WITH THE CHARGER/holder, even though it is pictured with the charger.

Didn’t realize I was buying refurbished sound quality sucks on both ends. Doesn’t hold a charge either.

Finally found a BT headset that has good quality sound for music. I have tried many. Didn't want to pair but when I pressed the siri button it answered and I asked it to pair and wala it showed up on my phone. Very strange. It works now so it was just a glitch. Mine is the no frills in a bag maybe a return? who cares? I am very happy with the sound. Six hour talk/play time is lame for the money spent though.
