I got these for my infant daughter and I normally don’t write a review but I had to brag! When I first ordered I didn’t see the pink, when I checked on my order later I noticed they had pink. I simply emailed them and asked if I could switch the colors of bands from purple to pink. They answered me promptly and said yes of course! Great! Right?! Well it gets better. When I finally get them (which was only total a MAYBE a week after I ordered- SO FAST!) I open it to find they didn’t just switch the color of the bands- but made a COMPLETE different one and sent it to me along with the original purple one I ordered! Two bands! Wow!! Thank you! Now I can feel safer about my daughters conditions. I will put one on the car seat and one on her diaper bag until she gets old enough to not take them off! Thank you!

Product arrived early: comfortable strap, nice engraving, overall a very well-made product.I do not recommend this product as a medical alert bracelet. I've worn it for several appointments, and each time I was asked to remove my jewelry, as the nurse didn't recognize it as an alert bracelet. The whole point of an alert bracelet is that you shouldn't have to explain what it is. Heaven forbid I was unconcious. Please note: this is not the fault of the manufacturer, so no stars deducted.This bracelet is much better suited as a keepsake item.

If you are in a car accident and cant speak you can just add the name of relative and phone number and relationship of person and you own name. This isn't just for people who wants to list medical issues of health, which you can if you want but I made mine as a medical emergency, if I pass out, who ever finds me will see the medical device and will read my name and number and my son's name and number to contact. So it great. Or even if a child gets loss, but one and engrave your contact info there or anything that important. Its a great simple product to have. The one thing I had to do was put a clear coat on the silver part area because that was ruff . no coating. clear polish took care of it,

This came very nicely packaged. I wouldn't mind getting one for a gift for someone. I like this better than another one I had because the engraving is etched in - not printed on to wear off. The band is extremely comfortable even when I cinch it tight & I guess that's due to the material of the band. The only minor thing I noticed is that I have to make sure to pull the securing band up high or the end of the band flops loose.As far as how this looks, I am really happy. I know that the information is the most important thing but that doesn't mean the band can't be nice-looking. I think that the 2 metal accents on the side of the info panel add a nice touch. If not for the very necessary MedicAlert icon, this looks like just another nice piece of casual jewelry.I can tell that this is thoughtfully made because of the way the pinholes in the strap "seal" back close, Another small detail that adds to the nice look of the bracelet.If this turns out to be as durable as it seems, it deserves a couple of more stars.

I ordered 3 of these for my 3 kiddos. they are great for 7 year olds and up, but for my youngest (4) I had to pierce another hole and 2 weeks later he managed to rip the rubber in two. I had to order another, more expensive one specifically for little kids on another site. (I also had to pierce a hole for my skinny 6 yr old but he hasn’t tugged on it to rip it in half) However, if the bracelet is going to be used for older kids or adults, this is the way to go! It’s the least expensive yet most durable bracelet. The info won’t rub off and are comfortable during the day (although it’s kind of a hassle when putting on long sleeved shirts or sweaters on kids because of the rubber) other than that, super great! I feel less anxiety when going out with them. PS! I’ve looked all over the internet and this bracelet is one of the few that fits all the info I wanted! Others offer fewer characters.

I'm using my bracelet as a medical advisory should something happen to me and I can't communicate. It has a couple of medical conditions that need to be known and also my emergency contacts. I've been wearing it every day since I received it and actually forget I have it on, it's that comfortable. I gave it 5 stars for durability but actually that will remain to be seen but it seems like it will be durable. I received this item pretty quickly, by the time it was promised. I'm female so I like the smaller band and it is easy to read. Thank you, hope your company does well, keep up the good work.

We bought this for our 5 year old who started kindergarten this year. It takes a little longer to ship since it's personalized but I love that I was able to put my phone number and my husband's on it! I'd post a picture but I'd have to blur it out and that defeats the purpose! You can read it very clearly. I almost don't want to send him to school with it for fear of him taking it off and losing it! It is a wonderful product and the clasp works great! I don't worry about it falling off.

It’s actually a beautiful bracelet with all your information on it but for a lady it’s big it needs to have a link removed but I can’t remove it. So I have it in my purse to travel with it but I cannot wait on my own because of the size. But if anyone needs an ID bracelet use this company or this brand because it is a beautiful well-made bracelet. My son-in-law has a solid black one with the silver gorgeous. It’s worth the money, it’s worth the wait. I have absolutely no complaints but it is too big for my arm and I cannot wear it so be mindful of that when you purchase it.

The band is too tight for a large wrist size. My mother has it on the last hole and it doesn't tuck in properly. She complains that it catches on things. This is annoying. Otherwise nice braclet. good quality. discreet, classy. We bought the black. engraving done correctly.
