Clear sound through my hearing aids
Many times, when I am on guided tours, the guide uses a system (generically called "Whisper", which is a brand name), where the guide has a microphone and transmitter, and the guests have receivers and either earbuds or small speakers that clip over the ear. When I asked in a support group if there was a way to stream the receiver's audio to my aids, someone suggested using telecoil support and a neck loop. Eureka! My aids do have telecoil support, but I needed them reprogrammed to add a setting enabling the telecoil. To my delight, this worked very well, with sound even better than I would get through the cheap earbuds or clip-on speaker, and I didn't have to worry about another thing hanging on my ear. My wife was envious (her aids don't have telecoil support) and if she gets new ones, I'll be ordering a second Williams neck loop for her.

Not compatible with some T-Coil hearing aids
I purchased this accessory to enhance my mother's Pocket Talker, and it does not work as advertised, I hired an audiologist to make certain that we had the correct settings, but it did not connect with her hearing aids. The manufacturer should be more specific about which brands are compatible.

Decent neck loop
I bought two neckloops for my children, 6 and 9, who both wear hearing aids. The idea was for it to be used like headphones for their tablets. I appreciate that there are no batteries needed. The kids plugged in to their tablets and were all set and for once, I didn't have to hear both tablets going at full blast at the same time! The only drawback was that in order to hear it, they have to literally hang the loop over their ears so that it sits on top of their hearing aid, otherwise, just draped around the neck was too far away for the aid to pick up the sound very well. That is a bit of a bummer. They don't have volume control on their aids since they are kiddos, so turning those up was not an option. I wish there was a better connection from their neck to their aids, but for now, they don't really care that they have to hang the loop over their ears. Overall, we like the loops and the kids are excited that they have "headphones" now.

Amazing audio from the tour leaders "whispers"
This is the first product that my wife has found that works well with "whispers" used by tour groups. She has tried all sorts of other devices, including Bluetooth transmitters, but this product did the trick for her. Transmitted the headphone jack output into her hearing aids via the TCoil setting and was very crisp and clear. No lag or distortion.

Comparison to other devices
Works OK with my cell phone but doesn't work with my business desk phone. I like that this doesn't have a battery or on/off switch. I'm assuming it draws its power from the phone which is why it doesn't work with the desk phone. Since I don't have to worry about battery life I will leave this in my car so it's readily available when needed.I also have a Clear Sounds CLA7v2 and a Geemarc CLA7. Clear Sounds has a volume control which is nice. Geemarc has the on/off button in a location that it frequently gets turned on by accident resulting in dead batteries when you need it so this one stays at home and is my least favorite of the three.

It works but only with volume turned way up
I wanted to use this with my stethoscope but I couldn't because all I could hear was the loud buzzing! I realize that's a risk with t-coils, but I've never heard it so loud. When I tried it out with my iPhone, I could only hear the music if I turned it up really loud, which I find ridiculous. I can't turn up the volume on my patients, so I sent this right back without another thought.

Works As it should with T-coil
I lost the one I had and replaced it with this one. A big pricey but when one is in a bind, what works may cost a bit more than it should. And it does work.
