More a royal blue than violet in colour.
Flavour ok, but even the smallest drop colours a gin a deep blue rather than the desired purple.

Lovely flavour in gin - just remember it’s a sugar syrup.
Lovely fragrant flavour, great in gin and other cocktails though very sweet compared to other brands so you have to be careful with the balance between adding flavour and over-sweetening your drink. Still great value for money and we will be buying again.

Chemical flavor, not very strong
Bought to mix with lemonade. It's very sweet, with a hint of violet. To get a decent violet flavor you need to add quite a lot and then it tastes chemical-y and much too syrupy. Won't be using it or getting it again.

Tastes just like Parma violet, great for flavouring matcha, milkshakes good value too
