Great product
The addition of the Finis Cardio Cap has helped my swim and my health significantly. My lung capacity has increased as well my red blood count.

Jog at 14,000 feet
I bought the "freestyle snorkel" and "cardio cap" before going on a trip to Macchu Pecchu. I used it for 6 months, swimming on average, 1 mile, 4-5 times a week. Not only did I not get altitude sickness, but, I was able to jog up a mountain going from 13,000 to 14,000 feet elevation. The other 50, out of breath tourists, and tour guide, were dumbstruck seeing an old lady run past them when they could hardly put one foot in front of them. This is how high altitude swimmers train. I would say it works. That was over ten years ago, I am back for another.

great even for the newbies
Im an amateur swimmer, I tried this accessory on my first day with the snorkel and I think it is going to become my cardio pal for a while. It is quite easy to put and remove form the snorkel. It is a well built cap.

Love this!
I really love this, I swore up and down I would never use a swim snorkle, not that I am some great swimmer cause I am not! I got the snorkle and the cardio cap and boy have my workouts improved. I can really focus on my technique and during cardio sets I can focus on speed and not gasp for air!

Cardio Cap
This does it's job. It helps reduce O2 intake a bit when swimming by making it slightly more difficult to breathe in, which makes your lungs work harder.I love the product and the Finis snorkel as well.I like to use this when working on my legs with swimming fins on and with a kick-board.

DOES NOT FIT ATOP BLUE FINIS SNORKEL
Did Not fit atop the Blue Finis Snorkel. Would have been good to know this up-front. As this was omitted from the advert and thus through no fault of my own, I would appreciate issuing me a full refund. Thank you.

O produto é bom, mas achei muito caro para o que ele faz. Ele simplesmente diminui um pouco a passagem do ar. Já coloquei esparadrapo na extremidade do snorkel para essa mesma função e acho que foi mais eficiente... e beeeem mais em conta...
