For pain relief, sudafed has been a good send! And also the best pain relief medication I've tried so far.The effectiveness of the tablets are incredible and kick in very quickly!.For me, it was to help with pain in my throat and helping with my nose clearing.Overall, stunning value for money and will buy again from now on

Exactly the same as in the shops, except it was very popular when I needed them. I couldn’t get hold of them.But Amazon came up trumps. These really helped with the condition that they’re meant for. I certainly recommend them.I got better much quicker with Sudafed !

It's not as good as Mucron but is affective

Did a great job of clearing my congestion so i could breathe well enough to sleep. Didnt start working until the second dose to don't expect miracles from the first tablet, keep taking them every 4 hours and give it some time to work.Non-drowsy but also don't contain caffeine so you can take them at night without them keeping you awake.you cant take more than 8 tablets (4 doses for an adult) per day so each box is a 2 day supply. just remember to keep well hydrated while taking them.

Always a good go too when full of cold. I felt dreadful and was home and cosy and warm ordered these and they came the next day didn’t have to leave the house or get dressed . Always so grateful for Amazon but never more so when I felt so rubbish and these were delivered saving me having to leave my house when I felt horrible .

phenylephrine, which is supposed to be a decongestant, is not proven to be effective when swallowed. if delivered another way, such as a spray, it works. if you got a headache after ingesting this, as I did, it's because the meds constricted blood vessels in your head, and the amount of paracetamol was insufficient for pain relief. of course, you cannot take more because the caution says not to. guaifenesin thins phlegm and mucus but does not eliminate it, so you may still experience runny nose, etc. i took three doses, nothing improved, so i discontinued, bought a lovely box of super soft balsam aloe tissues, and used honey and lemon, cough drops and nasal spray. i'm grateful to amazon for delivering to my home because i couldn't be bothered to visit multiple drugstores and supermarkets that were sold out while feeling horrible.

Works well. Does what it says.

Certainly clears the mucus. Only downside is that after a course of treatment, the mucus comes rushing back or maybe I got another infection. My doctor suggested the former so recommended I stop after prescribing something else to address a sinus problem which worked. Was impressed how it eased symprons though so quickly.
