Probably works fine for its intended application
User misuse here, so take this review for what it's worth- I was attempting to use this tool to help me remove a collet from the RA Axis of a telescope. The 2mm pins fit nicely, but unfortunately are not made from hardened steel. I applied too much torque (still, hand torque) and one of the pins sheered right off. After waiting more than 2 weeks for this product to arrive, I tossed it in the trash after 10 seconds of use. I'm sure this tool works fine for its intended use.This should not be a reflection upon Agena Astro, who are a fantastic company to deal with in every regard. They offered to accept a return but it's not worth it to me to repackage and ship.

The pins are not hardened steel.
The pins bent the first time I used this tool. One pin broke off after the first dozen uses.
