Duracell 2032 Lithium Battery: Small But Mighty (and Safe for Curious Kids)
It's incredible how such a tiny battery can power many essential devices in our lives. From car key fobs and remote controls to those sneaky little trackers we attach to our valuables (ahem, Apple AirTag), the Duracell 2032 Lithium Battery is a reliable workhorse that keeps things running smoothly. Here's why I'm giving it a five-star charge:Long-Lasting Power: Duracell is known for its long-lasting batteries, and this 2032 lithium coin battery is no exception. It provides reliable power for an extended period, so I don't have to worry about constantly replacing it.Broad Compatibility: This battery is compatible with various devices, including key fobs, remote controls, glucose monitors, thermometers, and even my Apple AirTag. It's a versatile power source for all sorts of gadgets.Child Safety Features: As a parent, I appreciate the child safety features that Duracell has incorporated into this battery. The bitter coating helps discourage swallowing, and the child-secure packaging makes it nearly impossible for little hands to open without scissors. It's a reassuring feature that gives me peace of mind.Guaranteed for 10 Years in Storage: I always keep a few spare batteries on hand, and it's good to know that these Duracell batteries are guaranteed for 10 years in storage. I can be confident they'll be ready to go when needed.Trusted Brand: I trust Duracell. They have a long history of producing reliable, high-quality batteries, and this 2032 lithium coin battery is no exception.A Few Minor Considerations: While I'm very happy with this battery, there are a couple of minor drawbacks that I've seen mentioned in other reviews:Packaging Can Be Difficult to Open: Child-secure packaging is a great safety feature, but it can also be challenging to open, even for adults. You'll definitely need scissors to remove this battery from its packaging.Price: Duracell batteries are a bit pricier than some other brands. However, I believe the quality, reliability, and safety features are worth the extra cost.Overall, Duracell is an excellent choice if you're looking for a reliable, long-lasting, and child-safe 2032 lithium coin battery. It's a versatile power source that will keep your devices running smoothly.

Used in Apple air tag and Bose remote
So the battery is good but when I put it in the devices didn’t know it was there. I had to take my daughters nail buffer to scuff both sides of the battery to make electrical connections work. I thought it had plastic film on one side and it really looked like it but it wasn’t, I kept trying to peel it off but like I said I had to scuff it it so it would work. I never had this problem before. I believe other people would have returned or just thrown away but I have some experience with circuitry and I knew scuffing would probably get it to make that contact. I will say the air tag had energizer as original battery. Maybe this is why Apple chose energizer.

AirTag: READ REVIEW
Ordered this product for my Apple AirTag, the first time I tried to put it in it didn’t work, figured the battery was dead so I ordered another one since it was relatively cheap. Got the second one in the mail and tried to use that one and did not work as well, after reading reviews – which I should’ve done in the first place - I saw that people were saying to use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover to get a coating off of the back. I tried this for less than 10 seconds with some nail polish remover and it finally worked when I put it in! Don’t be like me and wait till after you think the battery’s dead to order a new one, just try some nail polish remover on the back!
