I bough such a pack many years ago and loved it. It kept cold well after freezing, had thick outer shell and lasted for several years. They were not available on Amazon for some time and then came back. Bought one. To my complete disappointment not even close to what it was. In original one pearls were much larger, and they were filling entire bag together with gel. Therefore it kept cold for long time and also perfectly transfer cold to the area you treat. The new ones are just half full with much smaller pearls and the rest of inside space just air. They are air filled like balloon, with almost no temperature transfer. Also because of air they are freezing to much warmer state and do not reach cold enough temperature. Even applied directly to skin they still not cold enough, if you put some material between it and skin, can't feel cold at all. Also the bag shell is thinner and looks flimsier then on old one. As it will rapture pretty soon. Returned it.

The product title says "1 Each, Pack of 2" but I only received one pack. Besides, the quality is drastically lower than the one I bought a few years back. The top one is the old one I have, and the bottom one is the one I just received. The beads are much smaller. There is so much air in the pack, and the material of the pack feels much less durable. Returning.
