I own multiples of these. They're quiet, small and a powerful enough. Pretty much the standard go-to fan for most purposes. Fits great on a desk to cool a CPU. Fits great on a TV Stand to cool a Sim-Racer. Fits great anywhere.

I have 3 of these fans - two at home and one at my business office. Each of them has been durable and reliable, providing solid cooling and airflow—at a quiet noise level. The fan motor maintains a steady blade speed and is remarkably quiet even at the most powerful setting.The small footprint is great, as it doesn’t get in the way or alter the aesthetic of your environment. However don’t be fooled by the small size—this fan can move a LOT of air.The adjustable “click” angles are easy to use, and the power cord is ample length to suit most any room.

I think I paid $17 for this fan and I bought two. I have to tell you that for a cheap fan these things work great! They move more air than any other fans we have bought and tried of their size in the last 2 years. They're used in an 18 x18 bedroom. They sit on top of a dresser and blow across the room towards the bed. You get a nice breeze from them when they are on high and you are laying in bed so they are perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Also for plastic they seem to be built well and look good and they are not particularly noisy at all on high.

I bought the Honeywell TurboForce HT-900 to help my AC during a hot summer, and after two months of daily use I’m impressed by how much power this small 11-inch fan delivers. On the highest setting, you can feel the airflow from about 25 feet away, and the 90-degree pivoting head makes it easy to direct the breeze exactly where I need it. On low, it’s quiet enough that I can run it while working or watching TV without distraction.The compact size is a huge plus in a small apartment. It sits neatly on a desk or nightstand and doesn’t take up the space my old Lasko box fan used to occupy. That said, the build quality isn’t great. The housing is all plastic, and when the stand is angled it sometimes rattles. It’s fine for personal cooling, but it won’t replace a larger room fan or an air circulator designed for whole-room airflow.One nice surprise has been the energy savings. By running this fan, I’ve been able to raise the thermostat by a couple of degrees in the afternoon and still stay comfortable. A small drawback that caught me off guard was wall mounting-it works, but Honeywell doesn’t include screws, which feels like a corner cut.If you want an affordable, compact fan that’s perfect for personal cooling or supplementing AC, this one is an easy choice. Great small-ish fan for cooling a couple shelves worth of hard drives, your receiver/streamer, or directly cooling you in your chair. For those concerned with how much power you are pulling from an outlet, this moves a ton of air with low power usage at low is ~20W (19.x), Medium uses ~22W (21.x), and high uses ~24W.

For some reason it won't let me rate it a 5 but despite my 3 star rating I give this fan a 5 star. It's cheap and it works very well. Cools off a room and it's quiet, not to quiet but better than the last fan I had that costed me $35, I paid less than $20 for this one n I needed it ASAP since it's the hottest days of summer, I ordered it yesterday n I was so excited that I bought one more for my mom.

I rarely write reviews and almost never rate anything 5 stars. However, with the heat wave plaguing the northeast, I thought it’d be helpful to share my impressions of this fan. Bear in mind, I only received it yesterday. It has been 100 degrees F in New England the past few days. My husband and I are in our mid to late 60s, and we both have some health issues. We have window air conditioners, but we recently moved and have been having difficulty getting the units up a full flight of stairs in our townhouse. I decided we needed to add another fan to our collection as some of our others are still packed. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money since the fans still packed are of good quality and were expensive to purchase. Enter this little Honeywell fan. When I first opened the box, I confess to having been a little underwhelmed even though I reviewed all the specs prior to purchase. However, needs must, and I immediately unpacked the fan and set it up. It immediately started making a difference in our comfort. Important to note: it’s 10”, and that makes for a small fan. It’s completely plastic for those for whom it’d be a negative. The highest speed is more like a medium setting in a larger fan. However, because of its engineering, it works great when aimed at one’s body. I suppose it’d work to make a small room cooler, but, in my view, it’s best use is as a personal fan. It’s quiet even at the highest speed. I’m not experiencing any rattling either. For $17, it’s quite high quality and worth every penny.

I recently travelled to a rural location from a bigger city home. I sent this fan in advance of my arrival to provide some noise to help me sleep and this made the room cooler and helped me nod off and stay asleep better while in the countryside. I have this fan at home so bought knowing it was lightweight, produces a good flow of air and just enough noise to nod off to sleep. NO assembly required, just plug it in on a dresser or bedside table if you are using it like I did. Happy Travels!
