This is perfect for a “crate rest” situation with a cat or Small dog. It’s big enough I can sit in it comfortably. Set up was very easy. Folding up is a bit tricky but easier if you watch the video. My only complaint is the zippers. They are perfect in that they lock in place so the pet can’t open it. But that means you can’t open it from the inside either!!! So if you’re going to be in the tent with the pet you’ll need to put a pull tab on the zipper so that you can leave the ‘tail’ inside so you can get out!

My 2 month old foster kitten ripped bottom seam out in less than 5 minutes he escaped. Also door zippers are easy for them to open and escape. I have to diaper pin them closed.

works great for us. I would not leave a pup in it and go away as they could chew threw the mess netting. I cant get it folded back up like it was sent to me. Even watched a u tube.

The zippers are hilariously weak. My dog will stay in if the top is zipped up, but as he jumps 4 feet easily he just hops right out if its open. Well the zippers for the mesh are so bad he just nosed it and it came apart. He doesn’t even have to try that hard and has learned booping the top with his snout will get it undone.

I made the unfortunate decision to believe the positive reviews. Actually, the playpen pops open easily and looks great. It is really cute. The puppy it is ended for is not here yet, still too young. But I wanted to see how it fit in the space and acclimate my other pets to it. I needed to put it away temporarily and because there were no instructions on how to fold it, I looked on YouTube. There were great videos, and initially the playpen started to fold as instructed. But it turns out the frame is so weak that as the wires bend, they cause the pen to warp, and the floor also did not seem to be installed correctly because it would bunch and pull in ways that also warped the frame. We tried several times, and tried to straighten the frame, but it was a waste of time and energy. Oh well. I still have a month til the pup arrives, I will go find something else. Bummer, I really liked the size and the way it looks.

Amazing product easy to fold and tote and to clean. This is a well made product for the price.

* folding instructions at the bottomI love this already! I got an extra small for my puppy, he is about 3 lb and 7.5 weeks. I don't anticipate him outgrowing it. I wanted it on the smaller side, because I wanted to use it as an alternative to a crate. So glad I chose it!Durability:He's a small dog so I don't know about large dogs, but the fabric of the mesh and walls are strong, I was surprised. He's more likely to hurt his nails than tear through it. He tried to slam his face into it first night, so I was actually happy it was softer, so it didn't hurt him.Portability:It's excellent. He can fall asleep in it in the family room and with him still sleeping, I can lift it into the bedroom, so he's there when he wakes up. Not something you can do with a metal crate.Folding:Unfolding was easy. Folding was a challenge. The instructions don't make sense. It took me 45 minutes to figure it out. BUT then I realized the pictures have faint arrows on them in green. I drew over them in dark marker. Following those arrows help a lot.Better instructions to go with the pictures:* As you go through the steps the floor will get bunched up in the folds, push the floor out the bottom so it doesn't get tangled during folding process.1. Remove mesh top.2. Label the panels like a clock with panel 1 being at the top of the photograph and panel 4 being the door.3. Locate the hanging band between panels 6 & 7. This band needs to stay on the outside.4. Pop in the adjacent pole to the right of the band (between panel 5 &6).5. Fold panel 6 into panel 7 (far left corner). Bunch it so it lays flat.6. Pop in the pole between panels 8 and 1. Top left corner. Similarly, bunch panels 8 and 1 together so they lay flat.7. You will be left with a square made up of panels 2, 3, 4. Pop in the pole between panels 3 and 4.8. Fold panel 3 over panel 4, so that the Zampa logo is not showing. All panels should be pressed flat together. (Do not force any folds, you may stretch the metal wiring inside.)9. If it doesn't lay flat, the floor may be caught between the folds. Repeat instructions while making sure to push the floor out the bottom so it hangs loose.10. After the panels lays flat together, fold the floor over the top and wrap with band.11. Ready for carry case!Hope this helps! Don't not buy it, because you are worried about the folding issue. You will figure it out!

Bought this for our cat to sit outside based on a recommendation from a friend who bought it for her two small dogs. Small is big enough for our 6 pound cat to be outside and watch what is going on. Not really big enough for water dish or cat box if you are going to use it for that, then I would recommend you size up. But would be fine for a kitten. Really happy with how well made it is.

My cat recently broke her leg and had to wear a little leg cast. I didn't want to confine her to a horrible little box.Normally she likes to roam about during the day in the garden, but it hasn't been possible while she's healing.This has been a godsend.I bought a medium as she's a big cat. There's enough room for her food, water, toys and litter tray, and for her to stretch about and sleep, to feel the breeze, it's very safe for her to relax there in the garden and not worry if she's going to hurt herself. I found it easy to clean and sturdy. Not sure if you're meant to, but I turn it upside down sometimes if she wants to sleep on the grass

Medium Dog Playpen - We ordered this pen on Sunday evening and received it by Tuesday Evening. We purchased it ready for our few days break away. It's easy to fold. The size it a much better than what we previously had (see pic 3). We love how tall it is, as this will prevent our Chihuahuas from jumping out. It's made from a good quality material. The top zips on and off. You can peg the pen into the grass. Overall we really happy and would definitely purchase again. - Mrs West.

We got a puppy and needed a crate but hate the metal ones that look a bit cruel. Got this and it’s so dreamy! He’s got a pimp palace in there! We have a cavapoo so perfect size and actually takes up way less space than we anticipated! Has a zip roof and little zip dog doors and loads of pockets on the sides to hide all the extra toys and stuff!

This pen is absolutely fantastic, easy to clean, also easy to fold away when not needed.We have a 10 week old Jack Russell puppy and the medium size is more than big enough for her.I would highly recommend this pen.

Would give 5 stars, but botom of pen had dog poop on it. Only a small spot, and I cleaned it and disinfected it, as I wanted my pup to sleep in it when I got it. My pup has decided to hate his crate now, but he is only 4 months old, and a shih tzu so cannot be left on his own at night. I wanted something he could see me through and a decent space. He only sleeps in it, so I really don't know how sturdy it is. I will take it if I travel. HOWEVER, NEVER ship a product with crap in the bottom. I paid for a NEW product. THIS had to be used, because it had poop in the bottom. I needed it, so I kept it. If I had not been in such great need, I would have returned it. I don't think it is worth 75 bucks. Material would be easy to tear. I would not buy this again.
