I purchased the lotion and it does not have an odor at all. Very pleasing scent. Product works very well.

Q: Is this still effective with sunblock?

It seems like it work with the sunblock I used did on my 5 day hike through the Andes.

Q: Can you spray this onto clothes that have been pre-treated with permethrin?

I don't think so. It's thick lotion to apply on skin.
